You are responsible for maintaining a compatible Apple device, iOS version, network access, and any Apple account services required for App Store downloads, iCloud sync, or in-app purchases.
Premium access, subscriptions, trials, renewals, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store unless stated otherwise in the app. Pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase control. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

The Omato app, website, branding, and related materials are owned by the developer or licensed for use. These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you. You retain rights to text and vocabulary data you create or save, subject to the rights of any underlying source material.
Omato may rely on Apple services, iCloud, and third-party providers such as AI or infrastructure vendors to deliver features. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Omato is not responsible for outages or policies imposed by third-party platforms.
The app and website may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. The developer may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
Omato is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Dictionary, translation, OCR, AI-assisted, and study outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed using your own judgment, especially for academic, professional, or safety-critical use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Omato.
You may stop using Omato at any time. The developer may restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued operation would create security or reliability risk.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website or made available through the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
